1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between j999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at j999.im and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by j999.

j999 operates as an internationally regulated online gaming and sports betting platform. Our platform is designed and optimised specifically for players based in Pakistan, offering a fully PKR-native gaming environment with support for local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the j999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

j999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests where fraud is suspected.

j999 employs automated and manual age and identity verification systems. In cases where the Platform determines or reasonably suspects that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, j999 may suspend or permanently close the account, void any bets or wagers placed, and retain any deposits or winnings in accordance with its anti-fraud and compliance obligations.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of j999 products and services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active j999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A valid Pakistani mobile number
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j999 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. j999 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any and all activity conducted through your j999 account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified j999 of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

j999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security and helps protect your PKR balance from unauthorised access. You may enable 2FA via your account security settings at any time after registration.

j999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or violation of any of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with j999's fraud and compliance procedures.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on j999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own fees in accordance with their own terms of service.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on j999 is Rs 300.
• Deposits are credited to your j999 wallet instantly in most cases. In rare instances of payment gateway delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and GrabPay.
• j999 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable bank charges.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified j999 account (KYC verification complete).
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified j999 account. j999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• j999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your j999 VIP tier and are communicated within your account dashboard.

j999 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any attempt to use the j999 platform to launder funds, regardless of origin, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

j999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, PKR cashback offers, reload bonuses, seasonal Pakistani holiday promotions, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• j999 reserves the right to apply different game contribution percentages toward wagering requirements. As a general guide, live casino games and slots contribute differently — specific contributions are listed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in all wagering. Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after wagering requirements are met.
• j999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel promotions at any time if misuse or exploitation is detected or suspected.

Black Diamond VIP Programme:

The j999 VIP programme comprises three tiers: Silver, Gold, and the flagship Black Diamond tier. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity on the j999 platform. VIP benefits — including PKR cashback, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers, and exclusive tournament invitations — are outlined in full in the VIP Programme documentation, which is incorporated herein by reference. j999 reserves the right to reclassify a player's VIP tier at any time based on current activity levels.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

j999 operates all casino games using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and statistical randomness. Live casino games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to real-time monitoring to ensure integrity at all times.

By using j999's gaming products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by chance and/or player skill, as applicable to the specific game type. j999 cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

• In-play (live) sports bets that are accepted after the advertised close-of-market time due to a system error may be voided at j999's discretion. The original stake will be returned.
• j999 uses geolocation and fraud detection tools to ensure the integrity of all real-money game sessions. Any attempt to circumvent these systems constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All sports betting is subject to j999's Sportsbook Rules, which govern matters including settlement procedures, dead heat rules, withdrawal of markets, and void bet conditions. The Sportsbook Rules are published within the j999 platform interface and are updated periodically.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j999 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one j999 account, whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on j999 while under the age of 21.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information at any stage of registration, verification, or withdrawal.

• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing j999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks displayed on the j999 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of j999 or its licensed content providers and software partners. The j999 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from j999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the j999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, scrape, frame, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of the j999 platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of j999's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform and may result in legal action. j999 actively monitors for brand misuse, domain spoofing, and platform replication.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j999 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

j999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the j999 platform, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors that affect your ability to place bets or access your account, provided j999 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or where you have not notified j999 of suspicious activity without undue delay.
• Any actions taken by j999 in good-faith compliance with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or its own anti-fraud and AML procedures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the j999 platform that is subsequently found to contain errors, provided j999 corrects such errors promptly upon identification.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit or exclude j999's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In all cases where j999's liability to you is established, the maximum aggregate liability of j999 to you in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total value of your j999 account balance at the time the cause of action arose.

12 Amendments to These Terms

j999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, j999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on record, via an in-platform notification, or via a prominent notice on the j999.im homepage.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of the document. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising under these Terms must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted beyond this limitation period will not be entertained.
